chicziba.com is owned and operated by ChicZiba, Karachi, Pakistan.

Products and colours

We do our best to show our fabrics and colours accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting and screen settings. Fabric lengths and measurements are approximate.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless shown otherwise and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Delivery charges are added at checkout.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm Cash on Delivery orders. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or the order appears fraudulent. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available within Pakistan only, and you may open and check your parcel before paying. International orders are paid in advance. Please accept your parcel when it arrives: refused COD parcels cost us shipping in both directions, so we may ask for advance payment on future orders.

Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and offers cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

All content on this website, including photos, designs, logo and text, belongs to ChicZiba or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ChicZiba is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
